Who I Am
I am a 21 year old Costume Design student working in the North East of England. I am currently studying for my BA.
Career Aspirations
Ultimately my goal is to design costumes for TV and/or film, though I am still not entirely sure. I am also interested in bridal wear and corsetry, and other areas in which my skills may be applicable - I am interested in the role of costume in character design for other media such as video games and comic art, and in character design itself.
Creative Strengths & Interests
I am developing my skills in costume construction including dressmaking, tailoring and millinery skills. I also design and make customised One Of A Kind (OOAK) dolls in the 1/6th scale (11 in/27 cms tall) including making costumes for dolls this size, and produce costume and character designs.
